Commercial Maintenance
A trained technician will inspect the OSSF system once a month. Inspections include but not limited to
Checking/Testing Aerator, Irrigation Pumps, Electrical Circuits, Auto Dialer (if applicable), Distribution System, Spray Heads, Drip Fields, Timer, Chlorinators, Chlorine Residual,
Ph Balance of the Pump Tank, Cleaning all Filters and Diffusers, Testing Alarms and Lights. Measuring Sludge to monitor when/if you will need a pump out.

For every referral you give to us and they sign a Maintenance Agreement with us we will give you a $25 Gift Card for residential contracts and a $50 Gift Card for any Commercial Contracts.
